Will is getting more control of his arms and legs and tonight during his bath I think he started to understand that moving his limbs makes the water do fun things. It's so much fun to watch him make these discoveries! We didn't get any pictures of his smiles while he was kicking and hitting the water, but styling his hair is lots of fun!
