Will attended the "Caterpillar Club" at Reiman Gardens in Ames recently. It was storytime and arts and crafts rolled into an hour. He was one of the youngest ones and while he did have fun, he has not mastered the art of sitting still. The stories were geared to older kids so Will wandered around the room, out into the hallway and only sat for a few seconds at a time. He'll learn, he just needs a little more practice!
After Caterpillar Club, Grandma Lori, Will and Mommy walked through the butterfly garden and conservatory. It was a bright day and the sunshine felt great in the glassed in areas. Will was really interested in the butterflies and didn't quite understand that we were only to look at them and not touch. No butterfly casualties occurred during our visit!

Daddy started a new job in Des Moines ("Moyn" as Will calls it) this week a Schaal Heating and Cooling doing installations. He leaves early in the morning and Will is always excited when Daddy gets home in the afternoon. Will is also excited that Daddy has new uniforms and is interested in trying everything on. Will knows that before going to "ook" Mommy gets kisses. What a sweet little boy!
