Flooring Project

A couple months ago, I told Jason that my dream was to have a solid, wipe-able floor before Thomas was eating solids. This was said right after Will spilled a bowl of yogurt on the carpeted dining room floor. A couple weeks later, he was at Lowes and found an AWESOME deal on wood floors that was too good to pass up. So, this past weekend Jason and Dad-Randy had fun installing these new hardwood floors.

Good bye carpet and all of your yogurt, milk, spaghetti sauce and oatmeal residue!

Papa needed to fuel up before he could get started...

...and some play time was needed too!

And then they got to work!

...and they worked...

...and worked.

Will loves a good home improvement project and any excuse to use his tools.

Voila! We love it! The bottom half of the wall needs some new paint
(perhaps a new color) and then the project will be complete!
