Ready for School

We have been gearing up for Pre-K at the Keiser house. Will is very excited! His backpack is ready and he's ready for the adventure! Monday was "Back to School Night". We got to see his classroom, meet his teachers (Miss Sandy & Miss Kathy) and take his school supplies. He was less interested in meeting his teachers more interested in the fun toys and art supplies he will get to use.

Wednesday, his teacher came to our house for a "home visit". It was nice to see her interact one-on-one with Will and it was a chance to get to know her a little better. Will was excited to show her some of his favorite toys (Superman of course!) and books.

Friday, we made a trip to the school to meet the nurse and give her the Auvi-Qs and Benadryl. Will even saw a familiar face (our neighbor who works at the school) while we were there, so he thought that was pretty exciting.

His first day is Tuesday. He will go all day, from 8:10-3:20 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and a couple Mondays each month. It is sure to be an adjustment for all of us but we know he will have an awesome school year!
