Week in Review

Will's first full week of school went wonderfully. I walked him into the school on Monday and he was a little hesitant when it was time for me to leave. Perhaps the person having the most difficult time with it is Thomas. He cried when we left the school on the first day of school & again on Monday. When we got back to the house, he ran to the living room looking for "Wih" and looked confused after he didn't find him.

Will was really looking forward to being dropped off at the door. He's "a big boy and can do it himself". So, we switched the boys' seats in the car so Will can easily get out curbside and go in all by himself. This was maybe harder for me than the first day of school!

We walked home from school a couple times, which Will always likes, but it's been a little hot. Hopefully with fall around the corner (fingers crossed) we'll do more walking.

Soccer practice started Thursday and games start next weekend.

Thomas made himself a "seat" using Daddy's shoe box as the back. Brilliant!
